01 · Respond and Close Call and Text Incoming Leads Promptly. Book Artists, Birthdays and VIP Groups Within Approved Offers.
02 · Keep the Details Tight Update the CRM, Collect Flyer Photos and Artist Assets, Confirm Dates and Guest Counts, and Schedule Follow-Ups.
03 · Run the Handoff On Event Nights, Greet Booked Guests, Coordinate With Venue Staff, Help Solve Issues and Keep Sea Informed.

You’re Comfortable Making Calls, Meeting Artists and Guests in Person, and Working in a Busy Nightlife Environment. Sales, Hospitality, Promotions or Event Experience Helps.
You Can Learn a Custom CRM, Eventbrite, Instagram, SlickText, Google Sheets and AI Tools. You Follow Approved Offers and Flag Exceptions Before Making New Deals.
You’re Reliable During Scheduled Coverage, Stay Professional While Working, and Close the Loop on Every Lead. This Role Is Atlanta Based and Requires Availability for Scheduled Weeknight and Weekend Events.
